1. Acceptance of Terms
By installing the CodeAds extension or using the CodeAds platform, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Description of Service
CodeAds is an advertising marketplace that displays short text ads during AI completion wait times in supported IDEs. Developers earn 50% of the revenue generated from ads displayed on their machines.
3. Developer Terms
- Revenue share is calculated at 50% of the bid price per impression served.
- Payouts are processed weekly via Stripe Connect.
- You must have a valid Stripe Connect account to receive payouts.
- We reserve the right to withhold payouts for fraudulent activity.
4. Advertiser Terms
- All ad content must comply with our content policy.
- Bids are non-refundable once impressions are served.
- We reserve the right to reject or remove any campaign.
- Clicks are billed at 50× the impression rate.
5. Content Policy
Ads must not promote illegal products, hate speech, adult content, or deceptive practices. Violations result in immediate campaign suspension.
6. Limitation of Liability
CodeAds is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee specific earnings or impression volumes.
